The care I received was top tier from the pre-op to the actual surgery! I felt like I was in good hands, and was. Ms. Ariel and Ms. Terry took good care of me.

went in to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. nurses kept asking me about prior medical issues when i had already told them relevant information in my consultation. they rushed me out of the center after my surgery. i was stumbling and could barely walk after wards. i even fell and dropped the ice off my face. as soon as i left the center i was throwing up in the rain. they didn’t even have puke bags. i understand people puke for hours after but at least get your patients a wheelchair or pencil adequate time for them to recover so they are able to walk out of the building themselves. i’m super frustrated because i told them all relevant medical history and i didn’t want to chat up sensitive stuff like that while they already had me drugged up.

I am writing on behalf of my wonderful nanny who brought her husband for surgery yesterday for wisdom teeth. This is unfortunately not a child friendly place and it is especially unfortunate being near a military installation and servicing service members, it is unreasonable with a one day lead time to expect child care arrangements, or not allow families to sit in the waiting room while they wait for their service member for over 2 hours. Additionally the bathroom has no changing table so the expectation is to make kids and babies with their families wait outside. Recommend allowing families the opportunity to leave and be called when their service member is ready.

From my first appointment, everyone at this office was kind and patient. Dr. Adams made sure to answer any questions. Had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and it went very well. Sutures were nicely placed. No excessive bruising or bleeding. Had a minor post-op concern and called the after hours line which prompted Dr. Adams to call a short time later to answer my questions. Pleasantly surprised with the post-op prescription for pain. Very smooth experience and would recommend to anyone looking to get extractions done.
